Let’s Grow & The School of the Future
The conference Let’s Grow was held on the 6th of May at the House of Croatian Veterans in Pula. Leading Istrian technology companies and well-known STEM educators gathered to show the best and latest from Istrian IT. The conference featured short, dynamic presentations, relaxed conversations, and panel discussions.

Founders and leaders of Istrian tech companies welcomed pupils, students, programmers, digital nomads, start-up founders and other guests, discovering the full potential of the Istrian peninsula on the map of technological innovations of the future.
The organisers arranged a special space for children and young people for presentations and demonstrations of projects in robotics and STEM, intended for those who want to continue their education in these fast-growing areas and build a career in ICT.
The first unicorn start-up in Southeast Europe and the first tech campus on the Adriatic comes from Istria, transformed into an increasingly powerful centre of new generation computing based on a rich engineering tradition.
STEMI, INFOBIP, and the School of the Future
The School of the Future is the first STEM AI program for Croatian schools, implemented by STEMI and Infobip. The project prepares students for the tech industry’s most in-demand careers.
The School of the Future project uses Infobip tools whose engineers come to class and are involved in the school curriculum. The project also requires lawyers, marketing experts and experts in humanities studies.
While working on the project, students know that they are going to school to address global issues such as health challenges and climate change.
At the end of the school year, they present their technological project to top experts in the field.
Education must be purposeful, fun and challenging. The School of the Future project we are implementing with Infobip is a bridge between the technology industry and educational institutions.
Walls do not limit classrooms, and the cooperation of students from all over the world is possible. New generations of creators are emerging, and they will solve global problems.
