In addition to coworking space and office for rent, space and its ambience is a great location for smaller lectures, presentations, larger events and conferences. The hub is also the largest one in this part of Europe and features 320 working spaces.
Given the current epidemiological situation, the Wespa Spaces space is equipped with thermal cameras that automatically monitors members and guests the temperature.
An incident counter detects elevated temperature and humidity meters feature artificial humidifiers creating a virus unfavourable atmosphere of 60% + humidity.

Space
Wespa Spaces is designed to provide comfort and functionality. The contemporary office concept is designed to create a stimulating work environment for a modern company that demands superior work experience. It covers all business needs through innovative and digitised approaches to resource and content sharing, the first one of its kind in this part of Europe.
The ground floor is designed for socialising and events, whilst business zones extend through the first and second floors.
The business zone features offices and coworking spaces, meeting rooms, phone booths, lounge areas, play and relaxation zones, and kitchenettes.
Hallways of various sizes could be utilised for promotions, workshops, education and conferences.
Have we mentioned that the hub features a small cinema hall and the podcast room!? A cafe, bar and the Papel restaurant should open as soon as post-COVID measures allow.

Design, architecture and future clients
The ambience of the modern industrial design exudes comfort but also warmth.
Design features include rough floor and wall finishes, visible ceiling installations, and furniture chosen to fit with an industrial flare.
Space is designed to attract a broad spectrum of already established businesses and entrepreneurs, start-ups, artists and creatives who will be able to present their work in many interesting formats.
The architectural project is signed by the architect Filip Fiolić. When designing the space, Fiolić followed the latest trends of pure industrial design combined with the element of comfort.
The Wespa’s centrepiece on the ground floor is a mural signed by Lonac, a street artist, muralist and illustrator.
The team is hoping to become a real hub for companies, young founders, innovators, artists and creatives seeking networking and inspiration.
