Located at the top of Centar Kaptol shopping mall in the heart of Zagreb, Restaurant and Bar Frida is a stylish restaurant offering traditional dishes prepared and served in a modern way. With an elegant interior design, great food and drinks, Frida is a cosy place to relax and chill after work. 

Perfect for steak lovers

The menu is based on a variety of meat dishes such as steaks and burgers, making it the perfect stop for meat lovers. 

To begin, there is a rich cold appetisers menu. Frida serves San Daniele prosciutto, tuna and steak tartare, and a rustic plate with a wide selection of cheese and sausages. 

The main course menu includes beefsteak, Argentinian Black Angus Ribeye Steak, both grilled, and Tagliata, veal French rack chop and marinated lamb chop.

All dishes are a combination of the Mediterranean and oriental cuisine, giving guests an original dining experience. 

Every week the main Chef creates brunch and lunch menus, depending on the season, and serves them from Monday to Friday. 

For the weekend he creates a special Traditional Weekend offer where he serves rich and innovative dishes complemented with carefully selected wines and cocktails. 

Afterwork events

Other than tasty food, Restaurant Frida organises events throughout the week. Every Thursday from 5 to 9 pm they have the ‘Frida Program’ with attractive packages. With ordered food, all drinks are free for the next two hours. 

The first ‘Frida Time – Let’s celebrate sparkling’ event included a unique Chef’s menu, free champagne and special plates for two. 

To celebrate the end of the week, from Thursdays to Sundays, Frida invites everyone to relax and chill after work with live performances of various singers and DJs. 

According to the owner Igor Nikšić, the restaurant got its name after a popular song ‘Frida’ by the Croatian band Psihomodopop. 

With its original name, rich and creative menu and enticing events, Restaurant Frida aims to become a new popular dining spot on Zagreb’s culinary map.
